About the role#
The Growth Operations Summer Intern supports the Commercial organization by connecting strategy, data, and execution. You will work across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve business processes and help teams turn strategy into action. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Philadelphia office.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of strategic growth initiatives and Commercial events.
- Analyze business and pipeline data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and improve operational processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with Salesforce and CRM initiatives, including data organization and reporting.
- Create presentations, trackers, dashboards, and event materials to keep teams organized.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business needs and develop solutions.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- You are a curious, motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems.
- You have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with data and analytical tasks.
- You are a strong communicator who works well in collaborative settings.
- You are eager to learn new systems and are comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
