About the role#
Pampr is hiring undergraduate students for a part-time Courier Intern position in Nantucket. This role offers the chance to gain experience in operations and marketing within an early-stage venture. You will work 12 to 30 hours per week in a role that requires a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage tasks independently.
What you'll do#
- Handle grocery shopping, CPG delivery, and transportation requests.
- Provide pet care and house sitting services.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, fellow couriers, and leadership.
- Participate in marketing and community engagement events.
- Enter and leave client homes securely.
- Keep promotional materials in your vehicle and arrive on time in uniform.
- Communicate your weekly availability and any scheduling conflicts to your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student status.
- On-island housing accommodations in Nantucket.
- Availability on Saturdays from 9am to 9pm.
- A valid driver's license and an operational 4-door vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deescalate situations.
- An exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and think ahead.
- A day 1 mindset focused on learning and development.
