About the role#
This is a year-round, paid internship running from May 2027 through May 2028. You will support the Global Branding and Communications team by executing internal communication strategies and coordinating events. The position is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and requires on-site work during the summer months. Remote flexibility may be available during the school year.
What you'll do#
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications like newsletters, emails, and presentations.
- Help plan and promote internal events such as town halls and employee recognition programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep messaging consistent.
- Support projects across public relations, social media, and graphic design.
- Research industry trends to help inform communication strategies.
- Perform additional team initiatives as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a business-related field.
- Strong writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with communication platforms and tools.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and photography is a plus.

- Compensation: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour.
