About the role#
The Culture & Engagement Intern supports our people initiatives during the summer internship season. You will act as the creative force behind our internal communications, event planning, and employee recognition programs. This role is based at our headquarters and involves working directly with the Human Resources team to build community and keep employees connected.
What you'll do#
- Manage our internal social channels and create content like graphics, short videos, and reels to highlight team culture.
- Draft and publish the HR newsletter to share company news, event updates, and employee spotlights.
- Plan and run employee engagement events, including team lunches, wellness activities, and spirit weeks.
- Coordinate the logistics for intern mixers and end-of-summer celebrations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for incoming interns by preparing materials and welcome kits.
- Survey employees and interns to gather feedback on morale and culture initiatives.
- Photograph and document company events and team moments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Psychology.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design, with experience using tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and pay attention to detail.

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwood, New Jersey.
- This position is for Summer 2026.
