Culture & Engagement Intern

About the role#

The Culture & Engagement Intern will support the company's people initiatives during the summer internship season. This role focuses on internal communications, event planning, and fostering a positive workplace environment. You will act as a creative lead for employee engagement, managing internal social channels and helping to integrate new interns into the team.

What you'll do#

• Manage internal social media channels and create content including posts, videos, and graphics.
• Draft and publish regular HR newsletters covering company news and employee spotlights.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events, such as team lunches, wellness activities, and trivia.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for incoming interns, including welcome kits and orientation materials.
• Document company events and team moments through photography and video.
• Survey employees and interns to gather feedback on morale and culture initiatives.
• Design branded digital and print assets to support HR communications.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity with an eye for design and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location & details#

• This is a full-time, on-site position located in Norwood, New Jersey.
• The internship is scheduled for Summer 2026.
