About the role#
This work study position supports the Student Services department at Ellsworth Community College. You will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and campus visitors. This role runs through the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters.
What you'll do#
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the correct departments.
- Greet and assist visitors who arrive on campus.
- Manage the assignment of fleet vehicles for employees.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Provide general information regarding the campus and scheduled events.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow directions.
- Proficiency with computers.
- An eye for detail and accuracy in your tasks.
- A helpful attitude when working with others.
Location & details#
- Location: Iowa Falls, IA.
- Terms: Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Pay: $9.00 per hour.
- Modality: On-site.
