About the role#
Oriana House, Inc. is seeking a Resident Supervisor Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is an unpaid, part-time, on-site internship based in Cleveland, Ohio. You will work directly with staff to support facility operations and client supervision.
What you'll do#
- Track the whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
- Help carry out agency and program policies.
- Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, client logs, and whereabouts counts.
- Supervise daily routines and scheduled activities for clients.
- Assist with other facility tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Human Services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a desire to learn.
