About the role#
We are hiring a part-time City Manager Intern to support our operations in New York. You will help manage the daily logistics for our marketing campaigns and work directly with our Brand Ambassadors. This is a hands-on role based in our office.
What you'll do#
- Assist Brand Ambassadors during material pickups at the office.
- Distribute flyers and campaign materials.
- Coordinate pickup flow to keep operations efficient.
- Organize and manage marketing inventory.
- Prepare materials for upcoming shifts.
- Track materials and support campaign readiness.
- Maintain an organized workspace.
- Support day-to-day office logistics.
- Assist the operations team with basic administrative tasks.

Location & details#
- Location: Brooklyn, New York.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week.
- Contract: 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent or full time.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
