About the role#
As a Non-Engineering Intern, you will work with experienced professionals on high-visibility projects. You will contribute to initiatives that support business performance, operational excellence, digital transformation, and strategic growth. This role provides hands-on experience in business operations, supply chain, finance, human resources, and other related functions.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
- Use technology, artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics to improve business processes.
- Collect, manage, analyze, and report business data to identify trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and business planning.
- Support supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions and geographic regions.
- Present project updates and findings to team members and leadership.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in using data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Previous internship, leadership, or project-based experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or reporting systems is preferred.

- Modality: This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.
