About the role#
Nucor Insulated Panel Group LLC is hiring a Product Management Intern to join the Product Innovation team in Lewisville, Texas. You will support the development, launch, and management of commercial construction products. This role offers exposure to product lifecycle management while working alongside teams in research, testing, training, and marketing.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback.
- Organize data to build business cases for new projects.
- Assist with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support product development through administrative tasks and process implementation.
- Create and maintain product documentation with cross-functional teams.
- Research trends, technologies, and regulations in the commercial construction industry.
- Lead and uphold all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in marketing, business, finance, engineering, or construction management.
- A strong desire to learn about product management.
- Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to collect, organize, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across different departments.
