About the role#
NU3S is seeking an energetic Customer Engagement Manager intern to facilitate positive customer experiences and support brand initiatives. This role focuses on hospitality and content creation, making it an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
What you'll do#
- Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Engage visitors in friendly conversations regarding their experience.
- Capture short testimonial videos and high-quality photos of customers enjoying the facility.
- Create social media content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Promote memberships, loyalty programs, and service offerings such as the car wash, café, and EV charging.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the management team.
- Assist in maintaining a vibrant atmosphere during weekends and special events.
What you'll need#
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence when approaching and engaging new people.
- Comfort with recording videos and taking photos using a smartphone.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- A dependable, organized, and punctual approach to work.
Location & details#
- Location: Jamaica, New York.
- Schedule: 16 hours per weekend.
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
