About the role#
NU3S is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager intern to facilitate positive interactions and enhance the customer experience. This role focuses on building rapport with visitors, promoting services, and capturing content that highlights the facility offerings. This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours per weekend.
What you'll do#
- Welcome customers and initiate friendly conversations regarding their experience.
- Encourage customers to provide Google reviews.
- Capture short testimonial videos and high-quality photos of customers enjoying the services.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Promote memberships, loyalty programs, and upcoming events.
- Highlight specific offerings including the car wash, café, EV charging, and auto care services.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the management team.
What you'll need#
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging new people.
- Ability to record videos and take photos using a smartphone.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- A dependable, organized, and punctual work ethic.
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Jamaica, New York.
- Schedule: 16 hours per weekend.
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
