About the role#
NU3S is hiring a Customer Engagement Manager intern to build connections with our guests. You will focus on creating positive experiences and gathering feedback at our Jamaica location. This role suits students or recent graduates interested in hospitality and marketing.
What you'll do#
- Welcome customers and start friendly conversations about their experience.
- Capture short testimonial videos and photos of customers enjoying our services.
- Create content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Promote our memberships, loyalty programs, and events.
- Collect customer feedback to share with the management team.
- Highlight our offerings, including the car wash, cafe, and EV charging stations.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
- Ability to approach new people comfortably.
- Experience taking photos and videos with a smartphone.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Dependability, punctuality, and good organizational habits.
- Current enrollment or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful.
Location & details#
- Location: Jamaica, New York.
- Schedule: 16 hours per weekend.
- Compensation: $18 per hour plus employee discounts on food, beverages, and services.
- Term: Rolling.
