About the role#
The IT Services Intern provides Level 1 technical support for Nsight. You will help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, servers, networks, and cloud systems while gaining hands-on experience in IT operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support via phone and help desk platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues for users.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Maintain Microsoft Windows Server and workstation environments.
- Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with employee onboarding activities.
- Use remote monitoring tools and work on alert enhancements.
- Gather and analyze data to identify technical problems.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in an IT-related field.
- Experience installing and removing software on computers.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Practical experience in a LAN/WAN environment is helpful.
