About the role#
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support our education team. You will help develop and manage custom learning programs for the travel industry. This role provides hands-on experience in project management, digital marketing, and customer experience. You will work directly on client projects and collaborate with writers, designers, and project managers.
What you'll do#
- Assist Project Managers with tasks for ongoing Education programs.
- Respond to support inquiries from travel agents and users.
- Support client communication and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate tasks between project managers, writers, and designers.
- Conduct QA testing for new and existing programs.
- Help with social media coordination and community management.
- Pull program performance reports and build presentation decks.
- Design and resize images, banners, and marketing materials.
- Make basic HTML/CSS edits for email templates.
- Use Google Analytics to review program performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field, or you are a recent graduate.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time-management and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated and resourceful approach to your work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Photoshop and HTML is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time position at $20 per hour.
- You will work 20 to 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
- The role is available as a remote position or as a hybrid role based in our Rutherford, New Jersey office.
