About the role#
As an intern in the Data & Analytics Office, you will gain hands-on experience by working directly with your team on day-to-day tasks. This program is designed to support your early career development through meaningful project work and exposure to our global business. You will also participate in program events, network with senior leaders, and connect with fellow interns.
What you'll do#
- Work with product designers and UX researchers to improve user experiences.
- Support product management, agile delivery, and marketplace development.
- Assist in policy development, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to model development, data science projects, and business insights.
- Help manage change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery.
- Participate in organizational design, capability modeling, and operating model transformation.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
- Your major should be in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- You have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- You hold a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You have an interest in financial markets and the financial services industry.
- You demonstrate analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- You have shown leadership and teamwork through projects or extracurricular involvement.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
