About the role#
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Customer Engineering team. You will support real-world engineering initiatives by building lab environments, configuring networking systems, and assisting with customer demonstrations. This position offers practical experience in live network environments while you work alongside subject-matter experts.
What you'll do#
- Build, configure, and maintain lab network systems and test environments.
- Support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of deployment configurations.
- Manage virtual machines and maintain demo environments.
- Prepare, set up, and deliver customer demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineers and learn from industry professionals in a hands-on environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field at an accredited university.
- Foundational knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- A curious, proactive approach to learning with an interest in network technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
