About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time Treasury internship based in Franklin, Tennessee. You will work with the Treasury team to support funding activities for our captive finance operations across the Americas. The role focuses on how we raise capital, manage liquidity, and support consumer lending. You will gain exposure to capital markets while using new technologies to improve business processes.
What you'll do#
- Learn the fundamentals of capital markets and how funding strategies support automotive finance.
- Support the team with analysis, reporting, and special projects.
- Use AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency and generate business insights.
- Assist with research and data analysis for liquidity management and treasury operations.
- Lead or contribute to a project based on your specific interests and development goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
- Status as an incoming Junior, Senior, or Master's student.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to feedback.
- A strong interest in corporate finance and financial services.

- The internship takes place during Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
