About the role#
As a Product Planning Intern, you will join the Truck & SUVs team in Franklin, Tennessee. You will help turn future vehicle concepts into reality. This 12-week program focuses on market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning. Your work will directly support the development of Nissan's future truck and SUV portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Analyze consumer, market, and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create reports, presentations, and exhibits to support strategic planning.
- Assist the Market Research team with customer studies and product research clinics.
- Conduct product evaluations and participate in competitive benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product planning initiatives and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
- You must be entering your Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming term.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Ability to create data-driven presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and an interest in automotive trends.
- Ability to tell a clear story using data and insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or willingness to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
