About the role#
The Dealer & Field Training Intern will support the team responsible for enhancing Nissan and INFINITI dealer success. You will work across Aftersales, Technical, and Product & Sales training disciplines to improve sales performance, service operations, and customer experience. This 12-week program provides hands-on experience in corporate learning and development within the automotive industry.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and maintenance of training materials, including eLearning content, presentations, job aids, and facilitator guides.
- Assist with training operations by coordinating projects, tracking milestones, supporting content review cycles, and working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Analyze training metrics, participation data, and learner feedback to identify trends.
- Support digital learning platforms through content testing, quality assurance, learner experience enhancements, and content management.
- Research emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled training tools, dealership training trends, and industry best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Status as a rising Junior or Senior at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Franklin, Tennessee.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
