About the role#
The Talent Management team at Nissan designs and administers talent practices across the Americas. This includes work in leadership development, succession planning, and executive career coaching. As an intern, you will contribute to projects that support the growth of future leaders and improve the employee development experience.
What you'll do#
- Support projects focused on leadership development and succession planning.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Planners to find opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze data to develop insights that support talent strategies.
- Create resources, tools, and presentations to enhance talent programs.
- Assist with initiatives designed to simplify the employee development experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization and Human Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Status as a student entering your Senior or Master's program at the start of the term.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Experience working with data and developing recommendations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 12-week internship program for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Franklin, Tennessee.
- This position is paid.
- Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this role.
