About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will report to a Software Engineering Team Lead and work alongside other developers, support staff, and quality assurance personnel. You will assist in the development and maintenance of our utility, broadband, financial, and operations software applications.
What you'll do#
- Research, design, and develop software systems.
- Analyze and resolve basic software maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the enhancement of application programs.
- Perform unit and system integration quality testing.
- Document all information in Confluence or the iVUE Support tool.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in a computer science related field.
- Familiarity with Object Oriented concepts and languages.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and its frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies.
Location & details#
This role is hybrid. You must work from an office location at least 3 days per week, with the option to work up to 5 days per week. The position is based in one of the following locations: Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; or Mandan, North Dakota.
