About the role#
Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is hiring an Engineering Intern I to support our mechanical engineering team. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in North Las Vegas. We are looking for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience with cryogenic systems and industrial gas equipment.
What you'll do#
- Prepare mechanical software calculations and data sheets in Excel.
- Create and update drawings using CAD and Solidworks.
- Assist with engineering analysis of mechanical components using Ansys.
- Support multiple engineers with daily tasks and larger project assignments.
- Perform simple design analysis as needed.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior class standing in an Engineering or Computer Science program.
- A recent BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science is also acceptable.
- Ability to perform physical office tasks, such as lifting files and using filing cabinets.
