About the role#
Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) connects demand, supply, finance, and marketplace signals into a single view of the Converse business. This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Business Planning and works at the center of the company operating model. You will work on projects that shape the organizational rhythm and enterprise decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Support the evolution of the planning calendar and governance rhythm.
- Prepare analysis and materials for senior leadership business reviews.
- Partner with Marketplace Planning, Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams to simplify handoffs.
- Contribute to tools and reporting that track marketplace health.
- Take ownership of discrete strategic initiatives, including target-setting frameworks and process refinement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Academic or professional background in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Strategy.
- Pre-MBA experience in consulting, financial planning and analysis, supply chain, or retail and merchandising strategy.
- Fluency with analytical tools such as Excel or SQL.
- Ability to think in systems and distill complex information for senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-directed approach with intellectual rigor.
- A resume and cover letter submitted as a single PDF.
