Front-End Engineering Intern

About the role#

Nebo Agency is seeking a Front-End Engineering Intern to contribute to digital marketing experiences. This is a paid, hourly position that offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time hours. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in web development.

What you'll do#

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to implement new features.
• Conduct device and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Partner with senior engineers to learn project planning and estimation processes.
• Work with technologies including Sass, TypeScript, jQuery, React, React Native, Git, GitHub, and content management systems like WordPress.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating your capability in web application or website development.
• Experience working with content management systems.
• A strong desire to learn various web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and headless stacks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus consideration is given to candidates with previous web development or quality assurance testing experience.
