About the role#
As an Operations Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain hands-on experience in how a global technology organization translates strategy into execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve business processes and advance key strategic initiatives. This role includes mentorship from experienced professionals, opportunities to engage with executive leadership, and participation in professional development events. The summer concludes with an Internship Expo where you will present your project and findings to leaders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives by contributing to transformation projects that improve business operations and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.
- Drive process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and optimize workflows.
- Manage project execution through project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, and coordination of key initiatives.
- Develop executive communications including presentations, business updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, analytics, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations for stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning business technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheet, or Figma.
