About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the people strategies that power a global technology organization. You will support projects across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, People Technology, and Total Rewards. This role provides insight into how we attract, develop, and retain the talent driving the future of commerce.
What you'll do#
You will take ownership of a meaningful project starting in your first week. Throughout the summer, you will participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences to strengthen your business acumen. You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals and engage in speaker sessions with our global executive leadership team. The program concludes with an Internship Expo where you will present your project and discuss your impact with organization leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent management, or employee experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and partner with stakeholders.
- Learning agility to acquire new knowledge, apply feedback, and manage multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our Atlanta, Georgia global headquarters.
- The program runs from late May to early August 2027.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
