About the role#
As an Employer Brand Intern, you will help strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice. You will support initiatives that attract, engage, and inspire top talent. Your work involves campus recruiting, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement campaigns. You will help showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities to contribute to a strong candidate experience.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area starting in your first week.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Engage in speaker sessions with company leaders.
- Present your project at the Internship Expo to showcase your impact.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in employer brand, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or related business functions.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to craft messages for diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and work across teams.
- Learning agility, including the ability to acquire new knowledge, apply feedback, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This internship is located on-site at our global headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The program runs from late May to early August 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- We do not offer sponsorship for this position.
