About the role#
The Audit Co-Op position offers hands-on training within our Audit team. You will work directly with external auditors and assist with control testing across the company. This role provides exposure to all areas of the business and the opportunity to present your work to high-level leaders.
What you'll do#
- Gain a foundational understanding of risk assessment, internal control, and identification.
- Collaborate with external auditors on control testing.
- Participate in a cross-departmental group project focused on an enterprise-wide solution.
- Present findings and project results to senior leadership.
- Engage in networking opportunities and benefit from mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising junior.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- A major in Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or another relevant field.
- Clear, effective, and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to conduct interviews and present information to staff and management.
- A willingness to learn and apply basic auditing standards and techniques.

- Compensation: $18 to $27 per hour.
