About the role#
The Attendance and Student Family Liaison supports the school community by fostering strong relationships between families, students, and staff. You will work on-site to help maintain a productive learning environment and encourage active participation from parents and the local community.
What you'll do#
- Promote student, parent, and community involvement within the school.
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment to give every student the best opportunity to learn.
- Collaborate with administration and teachers to implement school-wide classroom management techniques and follow established procedures.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma is required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in child behavior or social work.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, faculty, and students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, or Criminal Justice.

- This position is located in Walker, Michigan.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid role.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
