About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow to provide one-on-one ABA services in Gering, Nebraska. This role is part-time and operates on a rolling basis. You will work directly with clients to support their independence and growth.
What you'll do#
- Implement skill-building and care plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one ABA services.
- Track and record session data using electronic devices.
- Build a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn.
- A desire to support children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Gering, Nebraska.
- Services occur in client homes or community locations.
- This is a paid, part-time role.
- We ask for a 6-month commitment.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
