About the role#
The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for students to gain hands-on experience in a banking environment. Analysts work on team assignments and projects to build technical expertise across various functions, including Commercial Loans, Trade Services, Payments, and Enterprise Services. The program includes mentorship, professional development activities, and networking opportunities with senior management.
What you'll do#
- Reconcile business transactions and track cash flow.
- Generate invoices and reconcile general ledgers for syndicated lending transactions.
- Conduct monthly certification of general ledger balances.
- Develop, revise, and maintain procedure documentation as a technical writer.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the payment operations organization.
What you'll need#
- Must be graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 from an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Operations Management.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Locations: Tampa, Florida and Tempe, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (four days per week in the office, one day remote).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
