About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a co-op experience lasting four to six months within our Research and Development Division. You will work on one or more projects designed to provide professional development and insight into our operations. This paid, full-time position is part of the Analytics & Technology Systems team, which focuses on enhancing quality oversight through technology.
What you'll do#
- Identify, develop, and implement technology solutions to improve quality oversight.
- Partner with business and Digital/IT teams to build dashboards, applications, and AI-enabled tools.
- Develop analytics capabilities to support research and development processes.
- Advance awareness and education regarding data science, analytics, and emerging technologies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least two years of bachelor's degree studies by December 2026.
- Availability to work full-time for up to six months during 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills alongside problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Exposure to dashboard development, data science, AI solutions, or document management platforms like SharePoint, Veeva, FirstDoc, or Documentum is a plus.
- Interest in technical writing, PowerApps, or project management tools.

- Locations: Rahway, New Jersey or Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania.
- Terms available: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027.
