About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the development team at Move For Hunger. You will assist with fundraising activities, strategic planning, and administrative tasks to help advance the organization's mission. This role requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks and 120 hours.
What you'll do#
- Identify prospective new donors and funding opportunities.
- Conduct research to support the development pipeline.
- Provide administrative assistance to the development team.
- Prepare team members for calls and visits with major partners.
What you'll need#
- Current college or graduate level student, recent graduate, or professional seeking a career change.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Interest in making a difference in the community.

- Location: Remote (based in Red Bank, New Jersey).
- This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
