About the role#
As a Presales Systems Engineer Intern, you will work within the engineering team to support the sales organization. You will partner with customers and sales teams to design and deliver technical solutions that address complex communication and situational awareness challenges. You will own the technical design of these solutions to ensure they meet specific customer requirements.
What you'll do#
- Perform customer requirements discovery and develop technology strategies.
- Design end-to-end system architectures.
- Develop technical proposals and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Configure and test equipment and software for solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, service, and technical support.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date on or after December 2027, with plans to return to school in the Fall of 2027.
- High School Diploma.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- General knowledge of IT network and computer architecture.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of wireless communication fundamentals and voice/data architectures, such as APCO P25, LTE, 802.11, or 4G/5G, is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday).
