About the role#
Join moss as the first Marketing Intern on a small team. You will lead marketing campaigns and content creation, crafting messages for customers, investors, and potential team members. You will own projects across social media, newsletters, sales materials, and branded merchandise, shaping how the company presents itself to the world. This role involves the full content lifecycle, including ideation, copywriting, graphic design, production, and distribution across digital and physical channels.
What you'll do#
- Develop and schedule content across social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Write, edit, and design customer and investor newsletters on a recurring cadence.
- Create marketing materials for trade shows and industry events, such as signage, handouts, and demo videos.
- Produce customer materials including user guidelines, video tutorials, and deployment reports.
- Concept, design, and procure branded merchandise like apparel and accessories.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all outputs.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to translate technical work into compelling stories.
What you'll need#
- A portfolio of creative work demonstrating design or content skills.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and compellingly for different audiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
- Strong visual sensibility and an understanding of brand consistency.
- Experience with social media content creation or email marketing platforms.
- Comfort working across both digital and print media formats.
- Ability to make creative decisions independently with minimal direction.
