About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2025 based in Mississauga, Ontario. You will support our application systems and work on integration projects within the real estate industry. We require you to be a current 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or graduate student, or returning to school after the term ends. You must also represent a local college or university or be referred by a current Morguard employee.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot data transfer issues and internal integration platforms using XML, SQL, ETL, and FTP/SFTP.
- Use low code automation tools and APIs to integrate data sources.
- Build micro apps with backend workflows.
- Create and manage generic APIs and perform API testing.
- Apply knowledge of process analysis, design, and user acceptance testing for ERP offerings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT fields.
- Experience developing, implementing, and deploying .NET solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of transactional SQL.
- Understanding of enterprise-class application systems and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft technology stack, including Excel, CSV files, and Access.
- Experience with application development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, C#, Python, and JSON.
- Familiarity with M365, Power Apps, Power Platform, and Dataverse is an asset.
