About the role#
The Software Engineering team within the Military Aircraft Group is seeking an intern for the summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Mineral Wells, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of software engineering tasks.
- Provide technical support to engineers.
- Participate in software development, integration, and programming.
- Manage the full lifecycle of flight displays, radios, autopilot systems, and sensors.
- Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to relocate to Mineral Wells, Texas, for the duration of the internship.
- Professional disposition and effective communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for this role.
