About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a 10-week program. You will gain hands-on experience in financial services, focusing on sales and customer service processes related to credit research, risk models, and enterprise software.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate in small groups with fellow interns and senior staff.
- Support daily sales and customer service operations.
- Take on projects that have a direct impact on our business.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation addressing a major business challenge.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Your expected graduation date is May 2028.
- You are available to work on-site from June 7 to August 13, 2027.
- You possess a customer-centric mindset and are open to feedback.
- You are a curious problem solver who enjoys working with systems and processes.
- You have a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in how AI can improve efficiency.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- You have effective verbal and written communication skills.
