About the role#
This internship supports strategic process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. You will work with the Global Continuous Improvement team to contribute to projects focused on process optimization, problem solving, and data analysis. The role offers exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and business analytics.
What you'll do#
- Support Continuous Improvement projects through data collection, analysis, action item tracking, and reporting.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including process mapping and root cause analysis.
- Assist with the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to project teams and leadership.
- Explore opportunities to use AI technologies to automate routine tasks and improve workflows.
What you'll need#
- Completion of junior year or current pursuit of a senior undergraduate or graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
