About the role#
This rotational program offers early-career professionals hands-on experience across finance functions including Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Cost Finance, and Commercial Finance. You will work alongside experienced leaders on projects that influence business performance and decision-making within a global manufacturing organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Analyze operational and financial data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in internal audit projects, such as testing controls and documenting processes.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for business leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Commitment to continue studies for at least one semester after the program ends.
- Strong data management and communication skills.
- Availability for 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks between May and August.
- Availability for 20 hours per week from September through April.
