About the role#
The Molina Healthcare Internship Program provides students and alumni with experiential learning and formal training. You will work alongside healthcare business professionals who act as managers to help you develop as a future leader in the industry.
What you'll do#
- Follow all company policies.
- Maintain regular attendance to meet work quality and quantity standards.
- Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, clients, members, and healthcare providers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a 1st year Master's student or a Bachelor's candidate.
- Current standing as a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior if pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Progress toward or completion of a degree from an accredited community college.
- Majors in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or Nursing.

- This role is located in Long Beach, California.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with rolling start dates.
