About the role#
Modine Manufacturing Company is hiring an Operations Intern for a rolling term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Lexington, Virginia. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with the Engineering team to support ongoing projects. Your primary focus involves assisting with thermal management challenges. You will conduct research on various heating and cooling solutions and help improve air quality initiatives.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Operations Management. You should have a basic understanding of HVAC technologies and familiarity with thermal management systems. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work well within a team.
