About the role#
The Accounts Payable Intern will support our financial team with daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in invoice processing, payment verification, and financial documentation while learning how our accounts payable systems function. This role is designed for students who want to develop their skills in a professional manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Perform data entry and maintain records within the accounts payable system.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with reconciliation tasks.
- Work with team members on initiatives to improve our processes.
- Use ERP software to support daily accounts payable functions.
- Complete administrative and financial tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Associate degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- No prior experience in an accounting field is required, though previous coursework or internships are a plus.
