About the role#
Mobius is looking for Cybersecurity Interns to join our IT department in Alexandria, Virginia. This role offers hands-on experience protecting digital assets and maintaining data integrity. You will work directly with our security team to support our technical infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to employees troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security controls and best practices.
- Participate in security compliance audits and assessments.
- Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, virtual networks, and role-based access control.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or Information Technology.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
