About the role#
The Contracting and Logistics Department at MIT Lincoln Laboratory is hiring a co-op for a strategy support role. This position runs from January 2027 through June 2027. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Strategy to help execute department projects, develop standardized tools, and build out department branding.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and logistical support for department strategy and projects.
- Assist with portfolio reporting, project documentation, and dashboard metrics.
- Maintain the central repository on the department SharePoint site.
- Work with subject matter experts to create content for project communications and training materials.
- Develop and standardize tools, templates, and branding across all sub-units.
- Attend project team meetings and support prep and follow-on activities.
- Enhance existing project management templates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, or Business Communications.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience organizing project documentation and summarizing key meeting takeaways.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
- The term is for Winter 2027 (January through June).
