About the role#
Michelin is offering Summer 2027 internships at our Lexington, South Carolina facility. These roles are full-time and provide students with the opportunity to gain experience in an industrial plant environment. We are looking for students across various engineering, science, and technical disciplines to support our manufacturing and marketing operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the manufacturing and marketing of tires and services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet common objectives.
- Interact professionally with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Learn and utilize new software systems as required by your specific project.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment on a Monday through Friday day shift.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain professional relationships.
- Major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing, indefinite basis. We do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
