About the role#
Michelin is hiring engineering interns for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides hands-on experience in an industrial plant environment. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to contribute to facility goals and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Provide leadership and support to help the team reach common objectives.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to meet daily and annual performance goals.
- Monitor facility needs to support long-term succession planning and employee development.
- Identify and implement improvements for both processes and teams.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university.
- A major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Computer Science.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to work on-site in an industrial plant environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
