    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Norwood, North Carolina. You will work on-site at our industrial plant, contributing to the development and quality control of production tires. This role provides an opportunity to apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing processes.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop production tires that meet specific industrial performance and quality requirements.
    • Implement quality improvements and process evolutions to enhance manufacturing outcomes.
    • Use industrial indicators to measure project success and performance.
    • Create and maintain tools, processes, and methods that support business results.
    • Document technical knowledge and practices to ensure the sustainability of production methods.

    What you'll need#

    • Current full-time enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university.
    • A major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Computer Science.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and external partners.
    • Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, as this position does not offer immigration sponsorship.
