    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to work within the quality department at a Michelin manufacturing facility. You will support production goals, ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Ensure products meet quality planning models and manufacturing standards.
    • Contribute to the quality obtention section of the progress plan.
    • Participate in quality planning for materials, products, processes, and methods.
    • Develop clear guidelines and standards for operators.
    • Analyze data to identify patterns and draw logical conclusions.
    • Present findings and recommendations to management based on facts and analysis.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university.
    • A major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Computer Science.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment.
    • Ability to work full-time during the summer.
    • Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing, indefinite basis. Please note that this position does not offer immigration sponsorship.
