About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator Co-op student to join our team in Montreal. You will support the full customer order lifecycle by preparing quotations, managing orders, and handling invoicing activities. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do#
- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations based on product specifications and pricing.
- Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment coordination.
- Work with global partners, purchasing teams, and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Manage invoicing and billing activities and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide customer service throughout the quotation, ordering, and delivery process.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program.
- Availability for a 4- or 8-month co-op term.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or administration is preferred.
