About the role#
The EAM Value Realization team works within Strategic Initiatives to support maintenance and asset replacement decisions. You will join this team to help advance the use of Enterprise Asset Management data. This role involves digitizing assets, working with GIS, and using data lakes to create analytics that drive business decisions. You will work on projects like the Outage Visualization Analysis Platform and KPI development.
What you'll do#
- Use EAM and other data to help teams make informed decisions and improve operations.
- Analyze asset performance to identify failures, root causes, and reliability opportunities.
- Identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency through operational and risk analysis.
- Support improvement projects by tracking results and developing best practices.
- Collaborate with agency leaders, operations, and maintenance teams to solve problems.
- Assist in managing physical assets through their full life cycle.
- Create and maintain tools or applications to support day-to-day operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program with at least a 2.5 GPA or a graduate program with at least a 2.8 GPA.
- Majors in Computer Science, Urban Planning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Submission of your academic transcript.

- Compensation: Paid position ($19.00 per hour for undergraduates, $21.00 per hour for graduates).
