About the role#
Metallus Inc. is hiring a Quality Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time position provides hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment. You will work directly with our team to support quality assurance processes and gain exposure to industrial operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct reviews of control plans.
- Perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) reviews.
- Provide support for customer claims as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.

- This role is based on-site in Eaton, Ohio.
- The internship is a paid, full-time commitment for the Summer 2027 term.
